Unfortunately I learned the hard way about taking care of myself and I fell backwards into bad habits. I hope that telling this story helps others to eat better and drink enough water. I was able to encourage Jackie of the Andantes to buy organic bananas, so I know there's something good about all of this...Louvain and I encourage better eating habits for the other as she is working on being healthier as well.
I am still learning and educating myself about raw and organic foods..It's been the best thing to happen for me. I can honestly say that because of the work I am doing for Tammi and The Andantes, it has helped my life and overall health tremendously. If not for these projects, I may be eating several donuts a day and suffering with joint pain, back pain, and migraines. I am doing much better. I drink plenty of water now and I encourage everyone to take a closer look at their life, diet, and overall health.....We only have one body and mine was falling apart on me...I am feeling great now and plan to write a book about this topic....
